Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Hybrid is an asset-light freight forwarding company that uses a “hybrid” business model to deliver the benefits of multinational buying power and the personal service of a smaller company. Magnate Worldwide, the parent company of Masterpiece International, is an asset-light, shipping and logistics company focused on delivering high quality services to its customer base.

With the intent to continue growing Hybrid, their President Andy Heller engaged Logisyn to find the best strategic buyer.
